Here we give updates on the rehabilitation, maintenance, and enhancements for The Eastwood Lafayette III (TEL3) Condominium's Roof Deck.  For the most part in the past this feature of our condominium building was OFF-LIMITS to residents. The current Board of Directors have taken on the task and the challenge of enhancing this space so that finally TEL3 residents can enjoy this feature of our home.
