Roof Deck Inspection During Blower Pullout

Below are the images taken during the 2017/11/14 Roof Deck Inspection done after the Blower Pullout for Rewinding.   The roofdeck waterproofing has to be done to prevent further deterioration that could affect the other parts of the building.

As you can see this feature in our condominium was built and designed with pebble wash and lamp posts.  Clearly this place was meant for resident access.

From here you can see the washed pebble topping has already buckled and risen through the years most likely due to water seepage combine with the extreme heat of the sun.

This one looks like Mayon Volcano...
