The Barbeque Pit Project
This project was done to add more features to a featureless building such as our home The Lafayette III Condominium. As per our Master Deed (Section 5. The Common Areas, sub (c)) :
"and, park and playground, lift lobby, EE/tel/garbage chute and machine room, at the roof deck, "
So this place was meant for residents enjoyment... And the current board is hard at work to making this more and more a reality...
