After the Roof Deck Waterproofing Project has been completed certain events have been celebrated here including Christmas Party for Residents, Christmas Party for TEL3 Staff, Birthdays, etc. One of the oft times comment is the need for a Comfort Room as it is inconvenient to go down to the lobby C.R. or the residents' respective units.  Hence, this project has been a long time coming.  However since the COVID pandemic hit the project has been delayed until the IATF eased on COVID restrictions and we all went on Alert Level 1 starting March 1, 2022.
