TEL3 Roof Deck Waterproofing Project Kickoff Meeting

After several walkthrough inspections in 2017 (to evaluate the state of our roof deck and assess the extent of the damage to the original roof deck waterproofing),  we finally held a kickoff meeting to finally embark on this special project meant to protect our building.  While definitely a challenging task to undertake, but this problem has to be tackled head on.  A house with a leaking roof would eventually be detrimental to the rest of the parts below.

This kickoff breakfast meeting was held just prior to conducting multi-contractor interview at our humble function room.  A special thanks to former TEL3 Board President Oliver Chua (2nd from left) for joining the meeting and helped a lot giving pointers on how to conduct the contractor interviews and assessment.

Special thanks also go to Mr. Gino Cruz of Cruz Construction (???) for assisting us later in the conduct of the contractor interviews.
